What it means
AURA! is Mizi's Anak High School showcase — a school-festival stage song, not an Alien Stage tournament round. She sings herself as an untouchable spectacle while Ivan, her featured guest, is the one who actually gets dazzled. It is the loudest, most confident Mizi has ever sounded, and that is the point: in the high-school AU she gets to be the star without anyone having to die for it.

Editor's note
AURA! — meaning
AURA! is Mizi's Anak High School showcase — a school-festival stage song, not an Alien Stage tournament round. She sings herself as an untouchable spectacle while Ivan, her featured guest, is the one who actually gets dazzled. It is the loudest, most confident Mizi has ever sounded, and that is the point: in the high-school AU she gets to be the star without anyone having to die for it.
This is an AU song, not a round
AURA! belongs to AAHS — Anak High School — the school-life alternate universe VIVINOS has been building alongside Alien Stage and Zombie Stage. The subtitle is "MIZI 'School Festival'.ver", and the official thumbnail is a school gym with stage lights, Mizi in a cap with AURA! tattooed on her arm. Nothing here is a death match: no eliminations, no judges, no arena. Treat it as a parallel-universe character song rather than canon plot.
The song is a talent-show performance, literally
The earlier official upload of this track labelled itself "Talent Show".ver before the title settled on "School Festival". Either way the frame is the same: Mizi on a school stage, performing for a crowd, and the lyric is written as stage patter. 'All eyes brush past me' turns into 'all eyes locked on me' by the bridge — the song dramatises a room being won over in real time.
Ivan's feature flips the gaze
For most of the track Mizi is the subject and everyone else is the audience. In the bridge and the third verse the perspective moves: Ivan counts down her aura, then admits 'I let my guard down — why do you look so different now?' and 'Can't take my eyes off you'. That is the joke of the feature. The coolest character in the cast is reduced to staring, and the song makes that a compliment.
Why it matters after Witch and Candy Scar
In Alien Stage and Zombie Stage, Mizi's songs are about grief and survival — Witch is a survivor's monologue, Candy Scar is a duet with the girl who dies. AURA! is the only release where her voice is purely pleasure: pink spotlight, lip gloss, 'Queen since the day I was born'. Read against those two, it is less a change of character than a demonstration of what she sounds like when nothing is at stake.
Where it sits in the release order
AURA! was released on 16 October 2026 on eight platforms, following the ALIEN STAGE 4th Anniversary REMIX (18 September 2026) and Zombie Stage Round 1 earlier in the year. It is catalogued on this site under Anak High School, not under an Alien Stage round, because it carries no round number and no tournament outcome.
AURA! is a cover, not an original
The official album note on Melon and VIBE settles what the track actually is: at the school trip's talent show, Mizi performs a cover of 'AURA!', the hit single by the in-universe girl group Sugarmiss. That is why the lyric is written as a stage number addressed to a crowd rather than as Mizi's inner monologue, and why the writing credits sit with ddim rather than with the Alien Stage team. Ivan appears as the surprise special guest.
