Zombie Stage is VIVINOS's newest animated music series and the first official AU (alternate universe) of Alien Stage. It reuses the same characters, songs and Round-based structure, but the rule of the arena is flipped: losing performers are reanimated as zombies and forced to sing again, instead of being erased entirely. Round 1 released on YouTube in June 2026 with the duet Candy Scar.

Candy Scar is the opening duel of Zombie Stage Round 1 between Mizi and Sua. On the surface it plays as a K-pop love song, but 'sweet wound' (달콤한 상처) is used literally: the singers are already dead, and the arena's living audience buys their wounds as candy. The bridge admits both singers remember loving each other from Alien Stage.

Zombies in the arena are meant to be blank performers, but Mizi and Sua's bond survives death — VIVINOS's central premise. Mizi is the only zombie in the arena confirmed to retain memories; Sua only recognizes Mizi during the bridge of Candy Scar, then loses the memory again in the outro.

A shared vanity mirror in the pre-show dressing room that shows up across both Alien Stage and Zombie Stage. In Round 1 of Zombie Stage, Mizi and Sua sit at it together for the b-side ballad The Dressing Room; in Alien Stage's MirroR (MIZI Part.2), Mizi returns to the same mirror alone. VIVINOS uses it as the single prop that carries continuity across AUs.
