Ivan is the fourth Alien Stage participant, introduced in ALIEN STAGE: Prologue. He wins Round 3 with "Black Sorrow", then faces Till in Round 6 with "Cure" — the round he deliberately throws so that Till survives one more time. Raised in the slums and bought by Anakt Garden on February 14th, he spends his whole life building a cheerful mask over a fatalistic belief that nothing he does can change his ending.

Ivan takes Round 3 against Marty 90 to 68 with "Black Sorrow". In Round 6 he is drawn against Till and they sing "Cure"; when Till stops singing, Ivan kisses him and puts his hands around his throat — a performance calculated to lose points so that Till outlives him. He appears again in Final Round and Wiege in flashback, and in Karma.

Ivan is listed among the characters appearing in Zombie Stage Round 1 (June 26th, 2026) alongside Mizi, Sua, Hyuna and Mizi's mother. VIVINOS has not yet revealed his role or condition in the AU, and he has no Zombie Stage song of his own so far.

Relationships
The spine of the second half of Alien Stage. Ivan's attachment to Till begins in childhood at Anakt Garden and never resolves — he tries to escape with Till, Till returns for Mizi, and Ivan simply smiles as Till lets go of his hand. Round 6 is where he chooses to die for him.
The one classmate who got past the perfect-boy persona. Their friendship is what makes Ivan's later resentment of Sua's sacrifice — and his own mirroring of it — so pointed.
Ivan berates Sua for giving herself up for Mizi, then does exactly the same thing for Till two rounds later. The hypocrisy is deliberate characterisation, not an inconsistency.

- ◆ Ivan has no birthday on record — the date the fandom uses, February 14th, is his date of adoption out of the slums, listed as 'doa' rather than 'dob' in his official profile.
- ◆ He is the only Anakt Garden child shown without a collar; the series never explains whether it was removed for obedience or removed by him and hidden under the turtleneck.
- ◆ As a child he practised smiling at his reflection in the Anakt Garden pond.
- ◆ His two solo songs — "Nowhere" (Sub Part.1) and "Paratise" (Sub Part.2) — are both written from the position that his ending is already fixed.
