Isaac

Isaac is a member of the Rebellion — not an Alien Stage contestant. He is Jacob's younger brother, an older-brother figure to Dewey, and one of the few characters who survives the series. He first appears in All-in and returns through Round 6, Wiege, Karma and the Patreon comics.

Isaac fights the Segyein from outside the arena. He agrees to secretly search for Mizi at Till's request even after she becomes a pariah to both sides, takes over the Rebellion temporarily when Jacob leaves on a mission, and wears the guard uniform during Final Round, Wiege and Karma. He is recognisable by the scar running from his forehead to his cheek.

Isaac does not appear in the announced Zombie Stage Round 1 cast. VIVINOS has not revealed whether the Rebellion exists at all in the AU.

Relationships

Hyuna Fellow Rebellion member

Isaac is initially resistant to Hyuna's humour; his opinion of her changes once Jacob explains what she has been through. She takes over the Rebellion after Jacob's death.

Till Ally

Till asks Isaac to look for Mizi in secret. Isaac agrees despite the risk — the clearest illustration of his loyalty to people rather than to sides.

Ivan One chance meeting

A Patreon comic reveals that Isaac and Dewey once found Ivan in the slums and gave him food, shortly before the aliens caught him.

◆ Isaac is a Rebellion member, not a performer — he has no Alien Stage round and no song. Fan wikis and reposts frequently confuse his role with Ivan's.
◆ He took Dewey in even though he was a teenager himself with too many children already to look after.
◆ He compares himself unfavourably to his older brother Jacob and is openly unsure of his own leadership.
◆ The official artbook describes him as unusually smart for his age.
◆ His signature colour is #453C3B — the darkest in the cast.

ALIVE

Mizi

Mizi is the first Alien Stage participant and the closest thing the series has to a protagonist. She sings "My Clematis" against Sua in Round 1 and wins. She is also the lead of Zombie Stage Round 1, where she is a zombified idol singing "Candy Scar" — again against Sua, and again the one who wins — this time by a single point.

ELIMINATED

Sua

Sua is Mizi's opponent in Round 1 of Alien Stage and the first contestant the series kills. She loses "My Clematis" to the person she loves. In Zombie Stage she loses Round 1 again — by one point — and her arm is cut off and sold to the audience.

ALIVE

Till

Till is the third Alien Stage participant, introduced in Round 2, where he wins against Acorn with "Unknown (Till The End…)". He is described by VIVINOS as the most sensitive and timid of the contestants and has the lowest mental strength in the art book — and he is also the one still alive at the end, seven years later, still looking for the people he lost.

ELIMINATED

Ivan

Ivan is the fourth Alien Stage participant, introduced in ALIEN STAGE: Prologue. He wins Round 3 with "Black Sorrow", then faces Till in Round 6 with "Cure" — the round he deliberately throws so that Till survives one more time. Raised in the slums and bought by Anakt Garden on February 14th, he spends his whole life building a cheerful mask over a fatalistic belief that nothing he does can change his ending.
